Installation Helper Job Description

We work with contractors, commercial business owners, and residential home owners to install outdoor shading solutions. Our installation crew member is an integral part of our team, providing the skill and guidance to ensure our products are installed to the highest quality and safety standards.

Who Should Apply?

• Candidate with construction or roofing experience preferred
• Candidate must be comfortable working off ladders as high as 40 ft
• Candidate must be comfortable working with power tools

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

• Installation helpers generally work on a 2-3 man team installing metal and fabric awnings at commercial and residential job sites

• Each installation crew has a team lead who will provide guidance and training for growth and development of your skills

• The installation helpers are responsible for loading and unloading the truck and working on the job site with the crew lead to install the product

• You will receive on the job training along with your OSHA certification

• Working Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break

• Weekends OFF

• Overtime hours may be available in busier months

Job Requirements:

• Must be drug-free
• Comfortable with working off extension ladders
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Read tape measure to 1/8”
• Valid driver’s license
